Things we will need to do include:
-Researching and choosing a portrait to use for the project. Sometimes it takes more than one try, that's ok!
-Manipulating the portrait using an online program to posterize it and give it edges.

-Save both images to your photos on the computer
-Submit both the edges and the posterized photo to Mrs. Conte on Google Classroom as a backup
-Research the words you want to put into your artwork. Is it lyrics to a song, a meaningful story, a prayer, a quote, or a series of impactful words? How does this relate to the person in the portrait? Research and print this out as well!
-We will trace the portrait with edges onto good quality paper using either light boxes or graphite transfer method using pencil.
-We will fill in with words using pen or thin sharpie.
